RETURN POLICY – PLEASE BE SURE TO READ CAREFULLY.
We have specifically set up this website to enable our customers to shop with us during the current Covid 19 crisis. For a full refund, non-sale items must be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery. Returns received after this date within 21 days of purchase will be issued a credit note valid for 30 days. This applies to purchases delivered to postcodes E5, N15, N16, and NW11.
All other postcodes returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns received after 7 days but within 21 days of purchase will be issued a credit note valid for 30 days.
Sale items may be exchanged. They are non-refundable.

- Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in its original condition and packaged with all labels and tags still attached.
- Receipts must also be attached with all returns.
- Please allow 1-3 working days from receipt of a return for us to process your credit note. Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email.
- Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product is in our absolute and sole discretion.
- We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
